Medical Needle Toughness Tester / Medical Needle Resistance Breakage Tester is designed and manufactured according to the toughness test clause of GB/T18457 (ISO 9626) "Manufacturing Medical Stainless Steel". It is suitable for the determination of toughness of rigid straight stainless steel needle tubes for intradermal, subcutaneous, muscular and venous injection and other medical instruments. 

Test principle: 

The specified bending angle is applied to the injection needle sample by the instrument, the angle position and bending times are measured and recorded by the special sensor of the toughness tester, and whether the sample is broken or bent is observed after the test.
