Plastotherm Hydro Pressure Testing Machine, IS 4985, IS 4984 

Plastotherm hydro-static pressure testing machine is designed specifically for testing HDPE, PVC, PPR, Lateral pipes as per IS 4985, IS 4984, IS 12786, IS 14333, IS 14151, IS 15328, IS 15801, EN 921:1994, ASTM D 1785 and other relevant standards. Hydro-static pressure testing machine is used to maintain the required pressure in pipes. It’s mainly used to test the plastic pipeline, compound pipeline, such as PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PVC, PE, PE-X etc. Under a stipulated constant hydrostatic pressure force, keeping provision time; or inside the pipe, apply a constant and rapid hydraulic pressure to make the specimen broken in a short period time, check the max. pressure force, then calculate the ring stress. This tester is necessary equipment for plastic pipe manufacturer.
