DIN 50113 Rotating bending fatigue test systems of flexural fatigue tests with rotating load

Rotating bending fatigue test machine is used to complete flexural fatigue tests with rotating load effects on rotationally symmetrical components per DIN 50113:2018. A constant bending moment is applied across the entire length of the sample.

Test conditions

Loading speed: According to standard regulations, the loading speed needs to be controlled within a certain range.

Rotation speed: The rotation speed of the specimen on the testing machine must also comply with the standard regulations.

Cycle times: The experiment needs to be conducted until the sample fractures or reaches the preset cycle times. Temperature: The temperature conditions during the testing process also need to be controlled according to standards.
