3.1, Applicable to the maximum test tube diameter and sample length
The device can meet the test of the maximum test tube diameter of 250mm resistance to rapid crack expansion, with a total sample length of 7.5 times the sample diameter.
3.2, impact blade selection
According to the test tube diameter is different, the required impact blade and the blade positioning sample block are selected according to the pipe diameter, and the corresponding impact blade and blade positioning block are selected according to the test.

3.3, impact speed settings
According to the test method standard, the impact speed range can be selected from 5m/s to 20m/s, the test can be as needed on the touch screen directly input the required impact speed, the system automatically measures the impact edge impact speed at the moment of impact. Each test automatically measures the impact speed and automatically displays and records;
3.4, test pressure settings
The test pressure control range is 0 to 2.5MPa, the pressure sensor accuracy is 0.5%, and the maximum air source pressure is 3.0MPa.
3.5, the test process description
1) According to the test tube diameter to choose the sealing fixture and impact blade, and carry out knife operation, so that the relative position between the sealing fixture and the impact blade fixed;
2) Connect the sample with the sealing fixture for pre-treatment;
3) Set the impact speed, usually the impact speed is 15m/s;
4) After the pre-treatment of the sample is over, within 3 minutes the sample and fixture are pushed into the test host, the system automatically locks the sample, and connects the charge hose, after the two shock indicators are on, and at the same time press the impact button, the system automatically releases the impact sample, and measures the impact instant impact speed.
