1, Select the corresponding punch and die set according to the testing standard in terms of shape and size, and install and secure it on the equipment's punch or die holder.  

2, Adjust the punching force parameters of the equipment according to the material's thickness and hardness to ensure smooth punching without damaging the sample.  

3, Place the sheet material to be processed flat on the positioning table, and secure the sample position with the limiting device.  

4, Close the protective cover, press the start button with both hands, and the equipment completes one punching operation and automatically resets.  

5, Open the protective cover, remove the sample, check the edge flatness and whether the dimensions meet the standard, and, if qualified, use it for subsequent testing.  

6, After use, clean the mold and workbench, turn off the power, and regularly check the sharpness of the mold and the equipment's transmission system.
