UT2056 double-notched impact sample notch preparation machine is used for scoring and preparing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW) molding materials to facilitate the determination of the impact strength of Charpy double-notched beams. It is used in conjunction with the 50J Charpy impact testing machine to complete the determination of the double-notched impact strength of the PE-UH molding material Charpy. It can also be used for notched preparation of FNCT and PENT specimens.

Key Features
1. One-time feeding, the preparation of the coplanar notch of the sample relative to the two sides can be completed, and the sample does not need to be flipped;
2. The unique structural design makes the notch strictly symmetrical with the center line of the sample;
3. The standard dial gauge is used to measure the feed depth, and the remaining width of the cutting sample has high accuracy and consistency;
4. Double knife co-cutting, double knife synchronization, in the process of cutting the sample, the force on both sides of the sample is the same, the radial direction of the sample is invisible, the structure and accuracy of the instrument ensure that the double notch coplanar and the remaining width are accurate and consistent, and the deviation caused by human operation is avoided;
5. During the cutting process, the sample is processed by clamping first and then cutting, with little blade wear and long life;
6. Extended blade protection sleeve, the blade is only subject to axial force during the cutting process, no lateral force, no bending of the blade, and small knife wear;
7. The positioning method of the back of the knife provides stable support and high-precision positioning for the blade during the cutting process.
