ASTM E488 Static load anchorage testing machine, Static Load Anchoring test equipment, ISO 22477-5. 

The microcomputer-controlled static load anchorage testing machine is mainly used for static load anchorage performance testing and research of prestressed steel strand anchors, clamps, and connectors for concrete structures and components, prestressed steel structures, cable anchors, clamps and connectors, and prestressed tendons. 

The static load anchorage performance tests for anchors, clamps, and connectors include: efficiency coefficients ηa for anchor connectors, ηg for clamps, and the total strain in the assembly when the measured ultimate tensile force is reached. The maximum tensile force (measured ultimate tensile force Fapu) at which the steel strand-anchor assembly breaks in static load tests. The maximum tensile force (measured ultimate tensile force Fgpu) at which the steel strand-clamp assembly breaks in static load tests. Auxiliary tests/steel strand retraction tests: the retraction of the steel strand at the tensioning end is <5mm. The total strain εapu automatic measurement device and the steel strand retraction automatic measurement device automatically collect and process data, ensuring precision and efficiency.

1. static load anchoring testing machine is a newly developed type designed according to the international standard GB/T14370-2000 "Anchors, Clamps, and Connectors for Prestressing Tendons". It is used to perform performance testing on anchors, clamps, and connectors for prestressing tendons. The testing machine adopts hydraulic servo automatic control, realizing loading, holding, unloading, pressurizing, and reversing during the testing process, and conducts static load tests in accordance with the provisions outlined in sections 6.1 and 6.2 of GB/T14370-2000. A load sensor installed at the end of the piston measures the test force output from the hydraulic cylinder; a displacement sensor measures the approximate deformation of the sample; a microcomputer completes the setting, data collection, processing, analysis, and display of test parameters during the experiment; it comes with dedicated software to measure the static anchorage performance of anchors (main parameters include the efficiency coefficient and ultimate tensile strain, etc.) according to the aforementioned national standards, and then conducts statistical processing of test data, followed by outputting and printing the required test report.

2. A powerful self-built testing database is established, allowing test data to be saved, queried, and called at any time, enabling data transmission and conversion with the user's local area network and the Internet.

3. Automatic switching of test force measurement is achieved, with a measurement range equivalent to 1%-100%. It is accurate, stable, and reliable, with robust self-checking functions and comprehensive protection features.
