1, Introduction: 

UnitedTest UT1024SW-L The deep-sea low temperature slow strain rate (SSRT) stress corrosion (SCC) testing machine is mainly used to detect and study the mechanical properties of metal materials under the dual effects of extremely slow tensile stress and corrosive medium environment in seawater corrosion environment (CL -). It can also be used to simulate the corrosion resistance of parts under constant tensile stress in corrosive environments, conduct constant load crack stress corrosion tests, and detect and study the destructive performance of metal materials under the dual effects of constant tensile stress and corrosive media environment. The stress corrosion test of metal materials can also be conducted under heating in the stress corrosion medium pool and with the sample energized (with insulation devices installed). And stress corrosion testing under low temperature and high pressure conditions.


UnitedTest UT1024SW-H 

high-temperature and high-pressure (seawater) stress corrosion system [slow strain rate (SSRT) stress corrosion (SCC) testing machine] is used for conducting corrosion tensile and crack propagation tests on materials in corrosive environments.

The experimental temperature is 350 ℃ and the pressure is 20MPa. The material of the experimental kettle can be 316 with nickel lining or nickel based alloy C276 or 625. The supporting beams, reverse supports, fixtures, pull rods, etc. are generally made of C276 or 625 materials. Fixtures generally require insulation.

The DCPD crack propagation measurement system can achieve continuous measurement of crack propagation length and crack propagation rate in corrosive environments.


2, Equipment features

1) High rigidity heavy-duty frame;

2) High performance fully digital servo loading control system with high speed control accuracy;

3) Dual deformation sensors can be used to eliminate the lateral deflection effect of the pull rod;

4) Pressure balancing device;

5) Integrated AEC-1800 measurement and control system, convenient for expansion and use;

6) It can measure crack propagation in corrosive media environments.

 

3, Experimental function

1) Equipped with the tensile testing function of a regular electronic universal testing machine.

2) Constant load creep/stress corrosion test.

3) Slow strain rate tensile test, minimum moving speed of crosshead: 1x10-7mm/s.

4) Sample crack initiation and crack propagation rate measurement test.

5) Constant K control test, increase K control test, decrease K control test.
