In situ mechanical test machine, In-situ tensile testing platform
In-situ testing technology for mechanical properties of materials can be used to characterize and analyze the microstructure evolution and damage failure mechanism during the service of materials in the process of mechanical properties testing, and to study the inner law among material composition, process, microstructure, mechanical properties, and service behaviors.
Product features:
◆ Miniature design, suitable for use in limited space environments such as SEM, AFM, X-ray diffractometer, etc;
◆ The fixture is symmetrically driven in opposite directions by a double threaded screw to keep the sample always in the center of the field of view, achieving in-situ actuation, which is very suitable for online observation;
◆ Can perform tests such as tensile, compressive, bending, shear, creep, relaxation, etc;
◆ Humanized control software allows users to flexibly and conveniently configure multiple testing methods, including stress control, strain control, and displacement control. The loading waveforms include sine waves, triangular waves, trapezoidal waves, etc.
◆ The control software has powerful multi-step loading function and modular test process design function, which can meet the special test requirements of users.
Testing scheme for the mechanical properties of materials under multi-physical field coupling conditions:
During loading, the clamps at both ends move in opposite symmetric directions, keeping the sample always in the center of the field of view, making it very suitable for in-situ online observation.
Combined with optical microscopes, X-ray diffractometers, and other microscopic observation equipment, it achieves online characterization of the microstructural evolution of materials during loading.
It has a proprietary dynamic control system that enables multi-channel closed-loop control of load, displacement, strain, and more.
