Drilling Tool Geometry Measuring Machine (Drill Geometry Analyzer) is a product developed for drill tool manufacturers or grinding plants, etc., which can be used for accurate measurement of various geometric dimensions and runout such as diameter, length, edge spacing, angle, R angle, concentricity and other geometric dimensions of tools and drill bits. The special inspection method of dual-lens drill tool is used, which fully considers the special requirements of drill tool production, processing and testing. In terms of vision, a special zoom objective lens and a high-definition color digital camera are selected to obtain perfect image graphics, thereby improving the accuracy of drill tool measurement.
