1, Equipment Overview

The gypsum board bending strength testing machine applies gradually increasing bending force to gypsum board samples using the three-point or four-point bending testing method until the sample breaks, thereby determining parameters such as bending strength, maximum load, and deflection. The equipment uses high-precision sensors and a microcomputer control system to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test data.

2, Main Functions: Measures the maximum load capacity of gypsum boards in a bent state (unit: MPa).

Elastic modulus calculation: Calculates the stiffness of the material through the stress-strain curve (unit: GPa).

Deflection testing: Records the deformation of the sample during the loading process (unit: mm).

Fracture analysis: Observes the fracture mode of the sample (e.g., brittle fracture or delamination).

Data management: Automatically generates test reports and supports data export and printing.

Accordind standard the fixure span is 40 times the thickness of the Gypsum panel.
