EN 1277 Piping System Joints Leak Tightness Test Machine (UT2060-200)

UT2060 Piping System Joints Leak Tightness Tester is our company independently developed and produced the corresponding supporting equipment. This equipment is a customized product, which can be customized according to the user's testing requirements for the suitability of the elastic sealing ring joint connection in the drainage pipe system (the test project user can optional), and can be upgraded to a full-function, full-model product. Equipment for the mechanical connection seal part of the pipeline pipe fittings is very necessary, the test form is mainly by the medium pressure water pressure (several times the nominal pressure), low pressure water pressure (50KPa-5KPa or less), air pressure, low air pressure, negative pressure (-30KPa) in the form of test pipeline or pipeline connection part in the form of system sealing performance under the action of horizontal, deflection inclination, bending and other external forces. Widely used, the pipeline system for the purpose of: polyethylene PE, polypropylene PP-R, aluminum-plastic pipe, hard PVC water supply and drainage, all kinds of mining pipes, FRP pipes, rubber composite hoses, communication pipes and various buried structure wall pipes.

EN 1277 is a European standard that specifies three basic test pressures for determining the leaktightness of elastomeric sealing ring type joints for buried thermoplastics non-pressure piping systems.

Installation requirements

The planning of the site should have an air source, a water   supply and drainage system (the drainage system should be considered in the   foundation part), three phase,  five-wire AC 380V, 10KW power supply, and   sufficient specimen placement and installation space

Due   to the sealing ring connection with the head installation tightening   auxiliary mechanism. The sealing connection of the larger diameter specimen   and the installation of the specimen head are laborious. It is recommended to   install an auxiliary top tightening mechanism on the "Configuration   B" test frame to facilitate the installation of the specimen.
