ISO 13477 Plastic Pipe RCP test, Thermoplastics pipes for rapid crack propagation test machine (UT2039A-630)
Rapid Crack Propagation (RCP) Tester is designed to determine the critical pressure or critical temperature for rapid crack propagation of plastic pipe, PVC or other relevant materials. QT-RCP Series is a full set of testing machine consist of RCP Test Unit, RCP Low Temperature Conditioning Cabinet, RCP Sample Delivery Unit and RCP End Caps.
ISO 13477 Thermoplastics pipes for the conveyance of fluids -- Determination of resistance to rapid crack propagation (RCP) -- Small-scale steady-state test (S4 test), is applicable to the assessment of the performance of thermoplastics pipes intended for the supply of gases or liquids. In the latter case, air can also be present in the pipe.
Description
The UnitedTest UT2039 series RCP tester conveniently and precisely determines the critical pressure or temperature for rapid crack propagation in thermoplastic pipes. UnitedTest supplies you with a robust, motor-driven test device with a separate console for the control as well as the appropriate test object mountings with sealing caps, abutments and tie rods for different pipe sizes.
