The normal loading system of the testing machine adopts lever + weight, which has high precision and good reliability; The horizontal loading system adopts linear motor as the loading system, the control accuracy is high, the corresponding is fast, the host base adopts a larger mass of iron castings, the natural frequency is high, the shock absorption and seismic performance is good, and the box seat is also made of iron parts after CNC boring processing, the electric spindle is firmly locked in the box base, which can improve the stability of the loading work.

2.2 The function of the cooling and lubrication device is mainly to cool and lubricate the actuator, so that the actuator can work stably and reliably for a long time. (Suitable for oil testing)

2.3 Computer real-time data acquisition and data processing control system is an intelligent system that is specially prepared for the control software to artificially set, collect, monitor and output various test parameters, which can avoid the human influence of the test results and improve the accuracy of the test results.
