This machine is a fully automatic metallographic specimen embedding machine, featuring a water-cooling function for the inlet and outlet, suitable for the thermal embedding of all materials (thermosetting and thermoplastic). After setting the embedding parameters such as heating temperature, holding time, and applied force, the specimen and embedding material can be placed inside, the cover can be closed, and by pressing the work button, the embedding process can be completed automatically without the need for an operator to monitor the machine. Molds of four different specifications can be selected interchangeably according to the requirements of different specimens, and it can also simultaneously compress two specimens, effectively doubling the preparation capacity.
