1. static load anchoring testing machine is a newly developed type designed according to the international standard GB/T14370-2000 "Anchors, Clamps, and Connectors for Prestressing Tendons". It is used to perform performance testing on anchors, clamps, and connectors for prestressing tendons. The testing machine adopts hydraulic servo automatic control, realizing loading, holding, unloading, pressurizing, and reversing during the testing process, and conducts static load tests in accordance with the provisions outlined in sections 6.1 and 6.2 of GB/T14370-2000. A load sensor installed at the end of the piston measures the test force output from the hydraulic cylinder; a displacement sensor measures the approximate deformation of the sample; a microcomputer completes the setting, data collection, processing, analysis, and display of test parameters during the experiment; it comes with dedicated software to measure the static anchorage performance of anchors (main parameters include the efficiency coefficient and ultimate tensile strain, etc.) according to the aforementioned national standards, and then conducts statistical processing of test data, followed by outputting and printing the required test report.
