Key Features
The servo linear actuator is the core component of the testing machine, and the testing machine outputs test forces through the actuator. It is designed and manufactured using proprietary technology, with the actuator embedded in the lower part of the host machine, comprising the actuator body, hydraulic control module, and sensors.
1, The actuator uses our company's servo linear actuator, designed based
on the principle of a symmetric four-way servo valve controlling a
symmetric actuator. The actuator is designed and manufactured with a
modular, standardized development concept, utilizing a multi-stage
flexible support combination guiding mechanism, characterized by low
damping, high responsiveness, long lifespan, and large clearance design.
The startup pressure is less than 0.05 MPa, and there is no crawling
phenomenon.
2, The piston seal of the actuator adopts a Glide
ring guide and seal method, while the piston rod seal uses a Star seal
guide and dust seal method. All sealing components are imported
high-speed sealing elements specifically for servo actuators from
Germany's Busak Shamban. The support of the piston rod of the servo
linear actuator breaks from traditional design, using non-metal support,
large clearance design, and high lateral force resistance, featuring
high speed and non-sintering self-lubrication. The assembly achieves no
oil leakage with combined seals for high-pressure sealing, low-pressure
sealing, and leakage through clearance pipes. The combined sealing
structure has good interchangeability, facilitating maintenance. It
exhibits high speed, non-sintering, and self-lubricating
characteristics. The above sealing methods effectively reduce the
internal frictional resistance of the actuator, improving the testing
accuracy of the machine and the lifespan of the actuator. The frequency
response of the servo linear actuator is not less than 100 Hz.

Working principle and control diagram like below: 
Mainframe is double column with crosshead and base frame structure, surface electroplating hard chromium, servo liner actuator installed at upside of frame. Main function of frame is clamping the specimen, and according program instruction to finish the sample loading process.

1.7, Accuracy less than 5u precision filter, with pulse disappear, accumulation function relay filtration stabilivolt module.
1.8, Blocking, standardization, modular design servo liner actuator with low damping, high response, long working life and large gap feature, design idea is same like MTS company. Actuator sealing components all use imported servo high speed part. Piston rod of actuator adopts non-metal support, large gap design, with feature of high speed working automatic lubrication to avoid sintering.
1.9, Servo linter actuator amplitude limitation position has hydraulic relief area, avoid any damage if operation lose control.
1.10, Servo liner actuator frequency less than 50Hz.

Oil pump is internal gear pump, feature is low noise, hydraulic impulse small, long working life, suitable for dynamic testing machine hydraulic oil source unit.
Motor use industry universal three phase asynchronization motor, with cast iron shell, high anti-vibration performance. Imported brand bearing, with high over loading ability.
System rubber hose assembly use imported Italy brand, with long working life, suitable for high pressure system.
Main overflow valve, solenoid directional valve adopts brand products, filter accuracy 5um.

2.2, System integration design reasonable and reliable:
To low the noise and protect the motor, adopt the elastic coupling to connect motor and pump, can effectively reduce instant impact to motor pump when start and loading.
System set two level pressure, high pressure (rated) 21Mpa, low pressure (start) 3 Mpa. At system start and adjustment, choose low pressure; at test choose high pressure. Work more safe and energy conservation.
With high efficiency water cooling unit, make hydraulic oil keep working at a stable temperature.
With kinds of alarm device, monitor oil source working process. High pressure filter oil block alarm, oil temperature alarm, level low alarm, motor over load protection etc.,
