LAW series hydraulic servo horizontal testing machine is mainly suitable for long tensile test sample, especially for wire rope, transfer belt, electric cable, optical cable, rubber composite, insulator, mining used round link chain and fastener etc., can automatically get the max. tensile force, tensile strength, elongation etc., parameter, print the test report. Conform to related ASTM, ISO, DIN, BS etc., standard.
Horizontal Tensile Testing Machine frame is complete steel plate welding structure, single rod double direction piston cylinder to load force, the cylinder installed in the base, then connect to load cell and moving crosshead. Moving crosshead, oil cylinder, two pull rods and front pull head base consist of load reverse rack.
In the loading frame have a movable back pull head base. Both the pull head base connect the test sample, through the oil cylinder drive reverse rack to load force on sample.
According the test sample length to step adjust movable pull head position. Use pin type structure to connect the test sample.
Oil line adopt flow control valve self-adjusting servo to control the test process, high precision load cell to measure load.
Computer screen to display load, test curve, and analyze test data according test standard requirement.
It can be used to test the rope, chain, hanging webbing etc., this structure is featured high stiffness and stable working.

Main frame: main consist of oil cylinder, 1000KN oil cylinder, moving crosshead, pulling rod, two sides frame, front/back tensile fixture base and high accuracy load cell.
Oil cylinder base, frame is steel welding structure, moving crosshead, front/back pulling base consiste the loading unit.
On the pulling base, crosshead have latch type fixture, can do the steel rope, hang belt, lockset etc., test sample tensile test.
