This testing machine uses an integrated steel plate welded frame structure. It is driven by an AC servo motor connected to a ball screw, with a load sensor measuring the force. The tensile space can be adjusted in stages according to the specimen's length. The computer screen displays the test force and test curve, and the test data is automatically processed according to the test method requirements. This machine is an ideal inspection device for coal and electricity enterprises, coal mining machinery, safety production inspection institutes, and technical supervision agencies. It is suitable for tensile load and failure tests of products such as electrical wires and cables, porcelain insulators, double hooks, steel strands, safety belts, waist ropes, and foot straps, requiring flexible and convenient operation, slow and stable loading, and strong machine bearing capacity.

Main frame: main consist of oil cylinder, 1000KN oil cylinder, moving crosshead, pulling rod, two sides frame, front/back tensile fixture base and high accuracy load cell.
