Structures and consists:
The test system is composed of tensile loading system, corrosive environment container (optional), test fixture, measurement and control system, test software, computer, control cabinet and other parts.
Tensile loading system: The loading system consists of a mechanical transmission unit, an electrically controlled drive unit and a measurement and control software unit. The mechanical transmission unit adopts precision ball screw, Taiwan planetary wheel reducer and Japanese Panasonic moving unit as the basic driving loading unit, which is smooth loading and long-term stability. The measurement and control unit is composed of load sensor (USA), light grid displacement sensor and STC800 control system, which has been proven by long-term use, and has high accuracy and stable performance.
The loading host is a floor-standing four-columns frame structure, and the frame adopts a heavy-duty load frame, which has high rigidity and meets the accuracy and flexibility of slow-rate stretching.
The loading drive unit is a high-performance all-digital servo system that meets the constant tensile rate during slow-rate stretching, and can have high response speed and accuracy during dynamic fatigue loading.
The transmission system adopts backlash-free high-efficiency reducer and preloaded precision ball screw to achieve gap-free and delay-free transmission loading.
