Compression and Flexural Integrated Testing Machine used for both flexural strength tests of concrete specimens and compressive strength tests of building materials such as cement, mortar, and red bricks. It can also perform compressive and flexural strength tests of cement mortar. It utilizes a dual-station testing space, with computer operation, storage, and printing capabilities. It offers the advantages of dual-use in one machine, space-saving, and easy operation. The loading speed is adjustable from 0.3 to 10 kN. When different speeds are input, the test results are automatically calculated according to standards. Standard speeds are 2.4 kN/s or 5.0 kN/s. It features microcomputer display, calculation, storage, and printable data reports, greatly reducing failure rates. It uses imported proportional valves for high stability and smooth loading speed. There are no manual oil feed or return valves, making it a truly fully automatic constant stress testing machine.

1, Hydraulic System
Hydraulic oil in the tank is driven by a motor through a high-pressure pump into the oil circuit, flowing through a check valve, high-pressure oil filter, differential valve group, and servo valve, and then into the cylinder. The computer sends a control signal to the servo valve to control its opening and direction, thereby controlling the flow into the cylinder and achieving constant-speed test force control.

2, Control System
The system includes digital servo valves, high-precision sensors, controllers, and software, providing high control accuracy and good reliability. It meets the testing requirements for materials such as cement, mortar, and concrete according to standards such as GB, ISO, and ASTM.

1. The testing machine consists of an oil source, main frame, hydraulic control system, sensors, and a PC-controlled force measurement system controller. 

2. The compression part uses two columns connected to the table plate, with the working cylinder mounted on the table plate. 

3. The bending part also uses two columns to connect the upper beam to the table plate, with the compression sensor installed at the bottom of the upper beam and the working cylinder placed on the table plate. Together with the compression part, this forms the main frame of the testing machine. 

4. The working cylinder and piston are precision-matched components, with a composite sealing ring embedded in the upper inner wall of the cylinder to achieve sealing. This design minimizes friction between the cylinder and piston, ensuring the accuracy of the testing machine. 

5. An axial plunger high-pressure oil pump is used, mounted on the bottom of the testing machine via a motor and bracket, placed directly on the oil tank, ensuring stable operation and low noise. A digital micro-flow valve is integrated on the hydraulic block, mounted above the oil tank. The sensor uses a pressure sensor installed at the bottom of the cylinder. 

6. The PC-controlled force measurement system is placed on the side of the main frame.

1. Turn on the automatic data acquisition device, monitor, and computer host in sequence;

2. Select the operator, log in to the construction laboratory management software by entering the password, and choose the project to be conducted;

3. Connect the power supply, place the specimen flat on the two bending rollers, and align it according to the markings on the reference roller;

4. Select a 100kN or 300kN range according to the specimen strength, close the left oil return valve, then slowly open the oil supply valve to raise the piston a certain distance. Open the data acquisition system in 'data collection without curves' mode, press F10 to zero and exit;

5. According to the test order and specimen number, input the test report number, test date, specimen number, etc., then press Enter to enter data acquisition mode;

6. Open the oil supply valve so that the specimen rises quickly before contacting the upper bending roller. As the specimen is about to touch the upper roller, adjust the oil supply valve to allow the piston to rise slowly and apply the load at the required loading rate until the specimen breaks (the maximum force value will be automatically displayed and saved). Then close the oil supply valve and open the return oil valve;

7. Perform bending tests on the other specimens in the same group using the same method;

8. Compression test: replace the bending rollers with compression plates, and the operation is basically the same as the bending test;

9. After the test, press the stop button, turn off the power, and remove the broken specimens;

10. Fill in the instrument and equipment usage record.
