1. Fully automated measurement. After the sample is completed, place it in the instrument sample tray, click to start the measurement, and no manual supervision is required during the measurement process;

2. Multiple reliability designs. Comprehensive protection measurement probe and automatic cleaning.

3. Uses new technology to measure probe movement distance, accuracy ≤50µm; avoids manual reading errors;

4. Automatically measures the cement end face to reduce measurement errors;

5. Can conduct parallel tests on 8 samples; each sample is independent and can be added at any time;

6. The software displays the test status of the 8 samples and shows the measurement probe hole position in each sample in real-time;

7. Based on historical data of submitted samples, input initial setting times and final setting times to effectively improve measurement efficiency;

8. Comes with a constant temperature and humidity curing chamber to achieve humidity ≥90% and temperature 20±1°C curing conditions.

9. User-friendly software interface is aesthetically pleasing, fully functional, and simple to operate;

10. Users can add samples for tests at any time, and can also view historical measurement data through data management;

11. Displays displacement curves for initial and final setting measurements, allowing observation of cement setting trends. Through modeling, measurement time accuracy can be improved to 1 minute;

12. System settings allow for the adjustment of hole spacing, initial setting measurement intervals, final setting time intervals, and other parameters for the convenience of scientific research.


The fully automatic cement setting time tester is based on the national standard GB/T 1346-2024 "Methods for Testing Water Requirement for Normal Consistency, Setting Time, and Stability of Cement." The basic principle is to automatically measure the linear displacement of a probe falling in the cement and then determine and calculate the setting time. The main features of this instrument include: multiple samples being maintained simultaneously in a constant temperature and humidity curing chamber, and the measurement process being fully automated.
