Information on the most widely used ASTM standards within the materials testing industry
Model: UT1029LD-E
The in situ biaxial tensile testing machine is an analytical instrument mainly used for mechanical testing of materials such as tensile, compression, and bending under scanning electron microscopes, optical microscopes, and other devices, while observing its microstructural changes in real-time. This instrument can be used in conjunction with the EBSD system for in-situ crystallographic analysis, while obtaining the displacement curve of the sample.
Suitable for testing applicable to isotropic and anisotropic materials:
Capable of independent uniaxial testing, as well as biaxial proportional and non-proportional loading tests;
Optional video extensometer for non-contact measurement of biaxial strain;
Can add a water bath environment to test the biaxial mechanical properties of materials (such as in water bath or corrosive environments);

Features
◆ Combined with optical microscopes, X-ray diffractometers, and other microscopic observation devices, it enables online characterization of the microstructural evolution laws of materials during loading;
◆ It can perform uniaxial independent testing, as well as biaxial proportional and non-proportional loading tests;
◆ Combined with self-developed professional software to achieve biaxial synchronous stretching, cycling, asynchronous loading, and other testing schemes.
