Sleeper bending static load testing machine is a professional test
equipment used to test the bending strength of sleepers. The basic
principle is to test the bending strength of the sleeper by applying a
static load to simulate the bending stress caused by the rail train load
on the sleeper. The device consists of two test plates, the upper and
lower plates, which are responsible for applying vertical loads, and the
lower plate, which is the support surface on which the sleepers are
loaded, and the lower plates, which are usually composed of multiple
metal balls to simulate stones on the track.
