Purpose of the wheel rotation bending fatigue testing machine is to test the strength of the inner and outer edges of the wheel during normal driving. This test helps prevent local fractures in the wheel during normal operation, which could lead to wheel failure. 

The wheel rotation bending test mainly involves applying a bending moment to the rotating wheel by fixing the load arm, completing the wheel bending fatigue test.

The test machine is mainly composed of the main engine, the parameter measurement and display unit, the strong electric control unit, the test appendage and so on.

The main machine is designed and manufactured with vertical welding structure, and the specimen installation is convenient.

The rotary drive power uses variable frequency speed control motor to drive the rotating disk rotation and achieve a stageless speed control. The stepper motor is used to drive the loading mechanism of the worm worm and apply a bending moment to the rotating spindle.

There is an automatic aligning mechanism at the bottom of the spindle to ensure that the wheels are mounted in the middle of the rotating disc.

The wheel rotating bending fatigue testing machine applies a continuous or dynamic bending moment to the wheel through weights or an electromagnetic excitation system, causing it to endure periodic loads while rotating. During the test, the equipment monitors the load, rotational speed, and deformation in real-time, and automatically records the number of cycles until failure. The wheel is considered failed when visible fatigue cracks appear, its load-bearing capacity is lost, or the displacement at the loading point exceeds 20% of the initial value.

There are two main loading methods:
1, Wheel rotating, load fixed: The wheel rotates with the loading arm, and a fixed bending moment is applied at one end of the loading arm, simulating the actual stress the wheel experiences during operation.
2, Wheel stationary, load rotating: The wheel is fixed to the loading shaft, and an unbalanced mass block is mounted at one end of the loading arm. A motor drives the mass block to rotate, generating centrifugal force, which in turn applies a rotating bending moment to the wheel.

Motorcycle manufacturers: Test the product quality of wheel suppliers to ensure compliance with the durability requirements of the complete vehicle.

Passenger car manufacturers: Assess the dynamic rotational bending fatigue strength of wheels when cornering.
