1. This instrument consists of a precision differential probe and a measurement stand. The calibration device is designed with a modular structure. The precision differential probe and the support arm can be combined in various ways or positions. It is also equipped with extended column accessories and various types of separate samples such as cylinders, plates, and blades, making it convenient for the metrological calibration of extensometers of different specifications and models. Users can also configure special accessories for precise micro-deformation measurement according to their specific testing needs.
2. The precision differential probe consists of a sliding measuring rod, a rod sleeve, an inner reading cylinder, an outer reading cylinder, and a high-precision threaded pair. Its maximum range is 25mm; the minimum division (vernier division) is 0.0002mm; the rotation cylinder division is 0.002mm.
