- Tensile Strength: Use a figure-8 shaped sample or bonded sample, applying tensile force until rupture.

Testing Steps- Sample Preparation: Prepare the sample according to standards, uniformly mix mold sand and fill it into a standard sample cylinder, compacting it using a hammer-type sample preparation machine. Wet samples are tested directly, while dry samples need to be dried and cooled to room temperature.- 

Equipment Calibration: Check the zero point of the instrument and ensure the loading speed meets standards (e.g., 1-2 mm/min).- 

Testing Process: Place the sample on the testing platform, adjust the fixture position, start the equipment, and uniformly load until the sample ruptures, recording the maximum load value.- 

Calculation: Strength = Maximum Load / Sample Cross-Sectional Area (adjusted based on sample dimensions).
