A hydraulic power unit (HPU) is critical in many industrial applications. A self-contained system supplies hydraulic power to various machinery and equipment. The primary function of an HPU is to convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, which is then used to drive hydraulic cylinders, motors, and other components.

UnitedTest UTHPU-01 series Silent Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) have the characteristic of maximizing electrical efficiency and minimizing water consumption. The high and low pressure two levles switching valves sets is used for the start and stop of the hydraulic system which can reduce the consumption of electricity and is not operating at full capacity, thereby further saving energy.

The hydraulic power unit (HPU) is mainly composed of oil tank body, pump unit, valve block assembly, control box, etc., the pressure output has high/low pressure, using remote control, high and low pressure switching. High pressure is used during the test, and low pressure is used when the test is not done, so as to save energy, reduce heat generation and reduce noise.

2.1, Pumping station frame

It adopts sheet metal welding, closed box, the base and the oil tank body are integrated, and the three sides can be removed, which is easy to maintain, beautiful appearance and convenient operation.

2.2, Control valve block assembly

(1) Provide instantaneous peak flow for servo actuator, absorb pressure pulsation response speed quickly;

(2) Independent pressure regulation and fast unloading capacity, pressure regulation and unloading do not affect the normal operation of other channels;

(3) Improve the impact resistance of the hydraulic system;

(4) High-precision oil filter to improve oil cleanliness;

(4) The oil pump adopts the internal meshing gear pump of Japan NACHI company, which adopts involute internal meshing gear meshing transmission, low noise, excellent durability and long life;

(5) The oil pump motor unit is equipped with a vibration damping device (choose a vibration damping pad) to reduce vibration and noise;

(6) The high and low pressure switching valve group is used for the start and stop of the hydraulic system (servo controller remote control);

(7) Fully enclosed standard servo fuel tank. With temperature measurement, air filtration device, oil level display and other functions;

(8) The system configuration brazed plate cooler is installed on the system return pipeline;

The cooling system adopts brazed plate cooler, and the industrial water cooler circulation system is used, the cooling efficiency is high, the effect is good, and the main technical parameters are as follows:
