Slow strain rate (SSRT) stress corrosion (SCC) testing machine is used for corrosive slow tensile testing of materials in corrosive environment and slow tensile experiments under non-corrosive state at room temperature, and the increase of reaction frame can achieve slow compression, and the optional experimental kettle provides test conditions in the medium environment to achieve a test environment from normal temperature to high temperature, from atmospheric pressure to high pressure.
Speed can low to 1x10-7mm/s.
1) High rigidity heavy duty frame;
2) The equipment structure is simple, convenient for experimental expansion, tension and bending shear, can be used
3) The use of sensor force measurement, large speed ratio deceleration system as an afterburner mechanism, electric adjustment space, ease of operation due to the lever type host
4) High-performance all-digital servo loading control system, high speed control accuracy;
5) Double deformation sensor can be used, and the specimen deformation measurement accuracy is high;
6) Pressure balancing device;
7) Integrated STC800 measurement and control system, easy to expand and use.
