Honeycomb Carton Box Compression Tester

The packaging carton compression tester is a professional tester for testing the compression performance of cartons. It is suitable for compression, deformation, and stacking tests of corrugated cartons, honeycomb boxes and other packaging items.


UnitedTest UT1033C Packing carton box Compression Testing Machine adopts computer control + manual control box mode, connected to computer, high precision, is the most direct test instrument for detecting the compressive strength of cartons or other packaging containers, and is used to determine the load-bearing capacity and superposition height of cartons.

Three working modes:

W1, Strength test: the maximum pressure resistance of the box can be measured; panel or box compression load. (compress the sample to break).  the max. load, the compressive strength, the deformation data etc.,;

W2, Fixed value test: the overall performance of the box can be tested according to the set pressure; Can set a certain load or deformation value to see if the panel or package break. 

W3, Stacking test: According to the requirements of national standards, stacking tests can be carried out under different conditions such as 12 hours and 24 hours.

Two kinds platens:  Fixed platen and platen with universal joint can tilting. 

Edge-to-edge and corner-to-corner orientation tests require a fixed-plate compression machine. Unit load tests (stack test) are generally conducted top-down, revealing the maximum force the packaging can withstand. 

 

Main features:

1. The testing machine adopts double precision ball screw vertical structure The whole machine is designed as a floor-mounted type, the long-span linear guideprevents lateral deviation when compressing the force, and the top-mounted transmission effectively reduces the height of the table surface, which is convenient for installing the test piece, and its measurement and control part is integrated with the host, with beautiful and generous structure and small space occupation.

2. The transmission system adopts Taiwan ABBA double ball screw + Panasonic servo motor.

3. The test speed adopts closed-loop control, which is convenient for speed regulation and stable speed.

4. The measurement and measurement control system adopts digital line technology with a single-chip microcomputer as the central processing unit.  

5. The test data is displayed by the display window, and the optional connection printer can print the test report, the whole machine has simple structure, complete functions, and is particularly convenient for operation and maintenance.

6. Three pcs USA Celtron high-precision explosion-proof load cell uniformly placed at the bottom to collect test data, and the circle φ200 sensor installed is installed on the bottom surface of the lower pressure plate, the test results are more accurate and uniformly.

High-precision data acquisition board (24-bit A/D data acquisition) can realize full digital adjustment, high-precision amplification and precise control (built into the computer), advanced chip integration technology, high-precision ± 500000 code acquisition card, so that the measurement accuracy of the sensor to the extreme. It has the advantages of high integration, stability and reliability, and easy to use. The control software can automatically obtain conventional data such as elastic modulus, yield strength, tensile strength, and fracture strength, and automatically calculate the force, stress, displacement, deformation and other data results at any specified point during the test.
