The rock triaxial testing machine, also known as the rock triaxial direct shear composite testing machine, is a specialized testing equipment used to study the mechanical properties of rocks under complex stress states. It is widely used in the fields of geological engineering, mining, and civil engineering. This equipment is driven by a microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo system and is equipped with high-precision measuring and control devices, allowing for multi-channel coordinated loading to achieve triaxial compression, direct shear tests, creep testing, and pore permeability analysis.Its core functions include simulating the mechanical response of rocks under confining pressure (0-40MPa), temperature control, and dynamic loading conditions, supporting full digital control of multiple parameters such as axial pressure (up to 600kN) and deformation range (±100mm) for φ50×100mm standard samples. The device features a modular pressure chamber design, real-time display of axial/radial stress-strain curves, automatic data acquisition, and safety protection mechanisms. Some models integrate acoustic emission detection and magnetostrictive deformation measurement technology. Through a closed-loop control system, it can accurately restore the in-situ stress environment of deep rock layers, providing critical data support for engineering design and geological disaster prevention.
