Introduction:

UT4068A-3 Geosynthetic hydrostatic pressure and permeability coefficient testing machine used for the determination of static water pressure resistance and permeability coefficient of various geosynthetic materials, such as geomembranes, composite geomembranes, and geosynthetic waterproof membranes. It can also be used for other waterproof and anti-seepage materials. This model can execute max. 3 test samples at one time. 

Testing Principle:

The sample is placed in a designated device, and a certain hydraulic pressure difference is applied to both sides and maintained for a period of time. The water pressure difference is gradually increased until water seepage occurs in the sample. The maximum hydraulic pressure difference that the sample can withstand is recorded as the static water pressure resistance of the sample. The permeability coefficient can be calculated by measuring the flow rate and thickness of the sample passing through it under a specified hydraulic pressure difference for a certain period of time.
