The model is a vertical structure, the workbench is made of thickened steel plate, the structure is stable and firm, and the adjustment of the test space can be adjusted by electricity.
The power loading of this machine is made of domestic high-quality all-digital precision CNC motor, and the deceleration part is made of planetary reducer, which is superior to other types of reducer, and has the characteristics of fast response, high control accuracy, small clearance, stable torque output and stable loading.
1.2 Control System

The control unit of this machine is a micro-operating system independently developed by our company, using Atmel microprocessor imported from the United States as the main control chip, and the analog-to-digital conversion chip is the AD chip produced by ADI, an internationally renowned IC manufacturer.
The display screen is made of industrial-grade LCD touch screen, which has the characteristics of long life, stable performance, wide viewing angle, convenient and fast operation, and high test efficiency.
High-precision incremental encoder is used for twist angle acquisition, with stable signal, strong anti-interference ability and accurate angle output.
