UTS-NW-GV Computer Controlled Automatic Spring Torsion Testing Machine (Vertical Type) is mainly suitable for testing torsional mechanical properties of various torsion springs and elastic elements. Measuring the torque of a spring at any angle of rotation or at any torque can also be used to test the torsional properties of other elastic elements. The user can adjust the test program according to the actual needs in use, and the operation is extremely convenient. The computer control system controls the control of the test process and the automation of data processing, and the test report is diversified such as curve charts, EXECEL, text files, etc.

2.1, Mechanical
This series of testing machines is a new generation of testing machines produced by our company. Through the mechanical finite element analysis, the force of the main frame is more reasonable, and the stiffness and strength of the frame are fully guaranteed. The moving part of the equipment adopts a zero-gap ball screw pair to adjust the test space, which not only ensures the accuracy of the test results but also ensures the service life.
