UT1306A Medical Single-use Pressure Sensor Testing Equipment UT1306A Medical Single-use Pressure Sensor Testing Equipment mainly measure the functions of zero output voltage, zero drift, sensitivity test, leakage test, input impedance test and output impedance test of medical single-use pressure sensor. This test equipment is an independent equipment, integrating high-precision air tightness test instrument, high-precision universal tester and test software. 

The equipment adopts the L10 positive pressure test instrument integrated module, and adopts high-precision pressure regulating valve to ensure the test pressure

Force consistency, adjustment range 0-100Kpa, adjustment accuracy is 1/4" (.63cm) water column pressure, test time can be set freely; Test operation authority setting, quick judgment mode and big leakage test mode;

Open data output, support peripheral data docking, support multiple groups of test data storage (optional)

2.1 The equipment adopts a single machine and double station replacement operation (5 stations on one side and 10 stations on both sides);

2.2 The device contains the following test functions:

1) Air tightness test: the detection accuracy is 1Pa, the high-precision pressure regulating valve module, the adjustment pressure range is 0-100Kpa, and provides a stable pressure source for the subsequent process;

2) Sensitivity test (repeatability not less than 0.3%), zero output test, impedance test (including input resistance and output resistance test), zero drift test;

3) The device support interface displays the test stage and test results;

4) Support data storage and record query;

5) 15 inch monitor

6) Fool-proof measures, automatic return of qualified materials; Unqualified manual removal of the product and manual return;

7) Test mode: single test, product test one by one, each product test does not interfere with each other;

Main test parameters of the equipment:

1) Test pressure: 0-100Kpa;

2) Test beat: about 16s for each product for a single test;

3) Test interfaces: 10 (5 on one side)

Test process:

1) Manually plug the microfluidic section of the product with the fitting cap, then insert the inflation port into the corresponding fixture pipeline, and connect the electrical signal test joint to the corresponding test line; 

2) After the connection of each product has been completed, click the test button to test;

3) If the test result is qualified, the fixture will automatically return the product and remove the connector of the electrical signal test line; If there is a product test failure in the test result, it is necessary to manually remove the unqualified product, and then click the reset button to return the remaining qualified product;
