Digital Brinell & Vickers Hardness Tester is suitable to determine the Vickers hardness of steel, non-ferrous metals, ceramics, treated layers of metal surface, and the hardness grads of carburized, nitrided and hardened layers of metals. It is also suitable to determine the Vickers hardness of micro and super thin parts and the Brinell hardness of soft metals and small parts.
Main Feature:
This machine has both Brinell and Vickers hardness testing functions;
Manual turret; Directly adding weights for high precision in testing force;
High precision optical measurement system, precision coordinate test bench;
Adopting ARM high-speed processor and 5.6-inch LCD touch screen;
Chinese English interface conversion; Conversion of various hardness values;
Dynamic display of pressure head during loading and unloading process, real-time observation of test status;
The screen can display the test force, indentation length, holding time, measurement times, etc;
The experimental process is automated, easy to operate, and there is no human error in operation;
Automatic correction of hardness values for concave and convex surfaces;
It has the function of storing data in a database, synchronizing and exporting test data;
Equipped with USB and RS232 interfaces for convenient data processing by users;
Equipped with a micro printer, it can directly print test results;
Optional CCD image measurement system;
The accuracy complies with GB/T231.2, GB/T4340.2, ISO6506-2, ISO6507-2, and American ASTM E10 and ASTM E92.
Brinell
Measure the Brinell hardness of materials such as ferrous and non-ferrous metals;
Measure the Brinell hardness of bearing alloy materials such as lead based alloys, Babbitt alloys, and tin bismuth alloys;
Measure the Brinell hardness of certain non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and electric wood;
Measure the Brinell hardness of parts produced using casting, forging, rolling, and other processes.
Vickers
Measure the Vickers hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, surface coatings, laminated metals, etc;
Measure the Vickers hardness of hard alloys, glass, ceramics, agate, gemstones, and other materials;
Measure the Vickers hardness of the depth and gradient of the carburized layer, nitrided layer, and quenched and hardened layer;
Measure the Vickers hardness of small parts such as thin plates and sheets.
