Main features:

Main frame:
The main engine of the pressure testing machine is a gantry frame composed of two columns, upper beams, a base plate and a table. The transmission mechanism is composed of AC servo motor, belt, reducer and precision screw to realize the up and down movement of the mechanical piston, so as to realize the movement of the specimen pressure plate. Complete the compression experiment. Its compact structure and smooth transmission. The mechanism ensures that the frame has sufficient stiffness while being smooth and efficient. In the process of testing, the load sensor on the upper beam determines the size of the test force, the microcomputer software controls, the compression test is automatically completed, and the data is collected and printed.
