EN 14587-2 Concrete Sleeper (rail seat) Static Load Testing Machine; Concrete Sleeper And Rail Fastening System Testing Machines are to be custom made per applications, it features door frame struture with large table space to accomodate different kinds parts for rails and different types of test setups, the actuator is free positionable on the top beam to fully utilize the horizontal space, it can perform both static and dynamic test requirements.
UnitedTest CWF series Concrete Sleeper (rail seat) Static Load Testing Machine is designed to perform static tests according to EN 13230-2, EN 13230-3, and EN 13230-4 standards for prestressed monoblock and twin-block reinforced sleepers and bearers. It features a servo-hydraulic actuator rated to 500kN compression and articulated supports for rail seat positive load testing.

3.1. Frame: The frame is a four-column structure with a fixed space structure.
3.2. Measurement and control system: It is composed of electro-hydraulic servo oil source, all-digital PC servo controller, electro-hydraulic control valve group, pressure sensor, extensometer to measure the deformation of the specimen, photoelectric encoder to measure displacement, PC measurement and control card for testing machine, multi-functional test software package, electrical control unit and other parts.
3.3, Standard electro-hydraulic servo oil source:a. It is a load-adaptable oil inlet throttling speed control system, which is designed and manufactured according to standard modular units with mature technology, and is specially used for electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine;
b. Imported oil pump and servo motor with mature technology are selected, with reliable quality and stable performance;
c. The load-adaptive throttle speed control valve developed and produced by the unique technology has stable system pressure, adaptive constant pressure differential flow adjustment, no overflow energy consumption, and is easy to carry out PID closed-loop control;
d. Pipeline system: pipelines, joints and seals are selected as groups with stable performance to ensure that the hydraulic system is sealed reliably and there is no oil leakage failure.
3.4, Electrical Control Cabinet:
a. All the strong current components of the system are concentrated in the strong current control cabinet to realize the effective separation of the strong current unit and the measurement and control weak current unit, so as to ensure that the measurement and control system is not disturbed and works stably for a long time;
b. Manual operation buttons are set on the electric control cabinet, including power switch, emergency stop and oil source oil pump start and stop.
