New product, mechanical testing small square furnace plan under ultra-high temperature of 1400℃.

For the mechanical testing machine in the ultra-high temperature environment of 1400℃, UnitedTest has collaborated with Tsinghua University and the Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to support the testing requirements for heavy-duty aero engines in our country, developing and providing a mechanical simulation system that integrates multiple disciplines of mechanics, temperature, materials, and software. The system is equipped with a silicon carbide high-temperature furnace and heavy recrystallized silicon carbide high-temperature clamps, capable of meeting environmental testing conditions at ultra-high temperatures of 1400℃. It can simulate the stress conditions of metals, non-metals, ceramics, and carbon/carbon composite materials during actual operation.

 

Recently, our company has launched a more convenient and practical ultra-high temperature testing machine configuration system. This system can achieve stress-strain control and uses a configuration with a super high temperature 1400℃ small square furnace paired with a German MF extensometer.
